From day 1 to completion Sam and her team were on site every day and never let us down, Sam’s project management and interior design skills are the
secret to the success of the company. The whole team were friendly, polite, highly organised, tidy and answered questions promptly, nothing was too much trouble. We knew we were in safe hands with Sam and her team.

We engaged Baberton Solutions for a side and rear extension to our home, adding a bedroom/en-suite, family room and utility giving us a new kitchen/dining area. Sam and the team were reliable from day 1, turning up on the agreed start date and every subsequent day until the end of the project. They never let us down and completed the project early against the estimated completion date. Sam was our main point of contact and is the secret to Baberton’s success. She did a superb job of managing gathering project end to end, everything was onsite when it was needed and we had no delays. The biggest compliment I can give is to say the process was stress free for my husband and I because Sam had everything under control. She visited the site everyday and was in regular communication with us, which put us at ease. She also went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and to the best standard. On more than one occasion Sam stepped in to ensure her team had completed work to the highest standard and often came to us with suggestions to Improve our finished look. She was also very pragmatic with unforeseen issues with the build and did everything possible to minimise and financial impact to us, meaning we only used a very small amount of contingency. Finally, where we increased the scope, the price for the additional work was also very reasonable. If you are looking for a reliable company that will work with you throughout the process and deliver high quality build then I cannot recommend Baberton enough. We would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to our friends who are about to start an extension.

Baberton Solutions have been onsite for a few weeks building a family room extension and utility. I have been so impressed with their hard work and professionalism. They are also friendly and polite. Furthermore, the quality and rate of workmanship is excellent. Sam, the manager, is highly organised and answers questions promptly, nothing is too much trouble. All in all, and without reservation, I can highly recommend the is company.
